The Issues standing committee identifies issues that are concerning to the Democrats of the Town of Warwick, New York, and formulates plans to investigate those issues and possible solutions in order to bring that information back to the Committee membership. The Issues standing committee keeps apprised of local elections and candidates, looks for ways to encourage voter registration and turnout, and encourages voter education on national issues, particularly that affect our region and residents. The Issues standing committee also provides written content to the Communications standing committee for inclusion on the WTDC website, as appropriate.
